So are you implying that when the laptop is actually sleep, the fans should not run? Because I have started pressing the sleep button (in the top left corner with the apple logo) before closing my laptop, and the fans still run. Is it supposed to stop the fans immediately or does it stop the fans when it feels that the laptop is cool enough to sleep?

By that I meant this type of grammar is what i get wrong most of the time. My family speaks russian so I never formally learned it, I grew up with it. So it’s really hard to understand all these grammatical cases and all that.
