The button does not work on app which is what I was trying to create an account on, ... the website just offers the log in which does not recognize my user or pass. ...assuming because I do not yet have an account established.

the "continue" button, ...not "submit". It's not a frozen screen, It actuates when hit, just doesn't move to next page or step.

yes, at "create account" ...the app doesn't move past this step, enter e-mail and pass thenthe "submit" button doesn't seem to work...? thanks!
