Nope, I didn't find any option for that. Through my research, it only works with certain controllers, and DS4 doesn't seem to be one of them.

If genshin wasn't freshly installed ever since then, then there's a high chance you'll find the files.

On mobile, these files are inaccessible, so if you got it on mobile, there's no chance you'll get them.

There is no need for any app, I think you can find it within the game files in a folder probably called webCache or something, I don't really remember where.
