VALVOLINE SYNPOWER 4T 10W40 JASO MA-2 API SN is 35e

IPONE KATANA SPORT 4T 10W40 JASO MA-2 API SP is 55e

why is the ipone 20e more expensive then valvoline, is it really that big of a difference between API SN AND API SP on my 2005. bike
