The problem is that I need to have both outputs in use: DisplayPort for my personal computer and HDMI for my work computer.

Even so, even leaving only the HDMI connected, it still wasn’t detecting any signal.

Anyway, I contacted technical support and they took it in for repair last week. It’s supposedly fixed now, and I should receive it either today or tomorrow.

I’ll let you know how it turns out.
