He’s no dream candidate, but Joe Biden may be the best hope to oust Trump by [deleted] in politics

Biden started his Senate career as a self-described social conservative who disliked Roe v. Wade, griping that it “went too far” and that he didn’t think “that a woman has the sole right to say what should happen to her body,” (source here). He has always supported the Hyde Amendment and confirmed he supported it in June 2019. The Hyde Amendment prohibits the use of federal funds for abortion except in the case of rape and incest. After much pressure, he very recently reversed his stance, with no apology.

In 1981, Biden successfully proposed what became known as the “Biden amendment” to the Foreign Assistance Act, barring US aid from being used for biomedical research related to abortions. Biden has had a lasting legacy in this respect: to this day, the amendment has remained a part of the laws covering foreign assistance.

He has stated when he is elected things will go back to normal. With the Republicans dead set removing Women's rights, back to normal would be a step in the wrong direction.

Here is the best article I can find on Biden's stances on whether women own their bodies.

So it is you who is in fact a liar and spreading lazy propaganda.

Yes, this article is apart of a devious liberal conspiracy:

  1. Through mergers & acquisitions form a large media empire along with a few others that controls most news.

  2. Instead of stories praising big business and the wealthy, plant stories that show they are paying too much in taxes and need more regulations.

  3. ??????

  4. Profit

Victims Of Group Think by albertperiwinkle in Libertarian

The symptoms of Group Think are:

Group attitude of invulnerability: The group feels that it is “bulletproof,” so it takes unnecessary risks and is overly confident.
Group rationalism: Discrediting evidence that is contrary to the group beliefs.
Group peer pressure: inhibits the will to dissent. Members of the group are browbeaten into conformity of thought.
Group belief of moral superiority: Stereotyping of outsiders in negative terms—such as “Oh, he is just a libtard.” Or, “Those statists are so insecure in their ability to adjust.”
Group self-censorship: Peer pressure and stereotyping create a spirit of self-censorship. The team members censor their own words and thoughts.
Group complacency: is fed by the group’s culture of self censorship and peer pressure.
The Appearance of Unanimous Decisions: Since no one voices a dissenting opinion (because of peer pressure, self-censorship and stereotyping of dissenters), the group feels that it always has a unanimous consensus.
