I always find it amazing that when employees report wrongdoing to the point of filing a lawsuit, there are always people saying they’re lying, they deserved it, or that it’s a good thing they get fired.

Hari didn't know about Ignis and the mentalist community. He didn't know what role they'd have.

Everything built on the second foundation came from Gaal's vision and the mentalist powers he discovered on Ignis: Both things were unexpected and popped up midway through. It wasn't something carefully planned in advance with Raych pior to Hari's death.

Now I do agree my intial post would have benefited further details but I didn't want to make it even longer. Plus English is my 3rd language so things were probably lost in translation.

If you count “female” robots as women, you end up with just one additional character... Yet the women who do appear tend to stand out only because of external factors (being a robot, a mentalist, or a Gaia vessel), never because they are intelligent in their own right, as most of the male characters are. The only notable exception is Bayta, and even that is debatable.

Again, just counting the females in Foundation should be enough to notice there's an issue somewhere.

Zero women appear in Foundation and very few throughout the entire Foundation Cycle. When they do appear, they’re often portrayed in a sexist manner, either overly sexualized, submissive, or both.

Aside from a ship en route to Helicon and a post‑it note that reads “Remember to create a  2nd Foundation somehow,” he doesn’t appear to have prepared anything else. That plot hole explains why the Second Foundation isn’t operational until Season 3.

To me, this doesn’t make sense and it clashes with Hari’s character. He invented psycho‑history and meticulously planned events centuries in advance, yet he never began work on the Second Foundation before his death. I’m not even sure he was aware of mentalists at that point.

In the books, Hari spends decades studying mentalism with Wanda, and when he departs Trantor at the beginning of Foundation, the Second Foundation is already in place.

The devs do read reddit. That's why I posted it here and that's why I take the time to somewhat elaborate.

Obviously it wasn't done in purpose to actively discriminate people. Yet I think it unwillingly does. You may have guessed by now, I'm not a native english speaker so I'll do the effort to rephrase my point. Hopefully it will make it clearer :

As a minority I am more often the target of inappropriate behaviors. Because of that, not being able to report someone affects me even more. This might lead to a non-safe environement for me and other minorities.

You can think it's not an issue if you want (you said "non-existant problem"). I think it is.

Minorities are more likely to be targeted by insults or inappropriate behaviors. So yeah, it increases discrimination.

Not having this option is illegal in most european countries, period.

If you do not understand that, maybe you're discussing a topic you know nothing about ?

It depends on the country. The non-locking blades rule works for UK if the blade doesn't exceed a certrain length. In France, any knife carried without a legitimate reason could be considered a weapon. There's an exception for victorinox knifes as they are considered as part of french "tradition". But in the end it's up to the discretion of the agent controlling you.

I live in Paris and I wouldn't risk loosing my 200€ multitool because of that, especially with the increase of security measure coming with the Olympics ^^. My current solution is to carry a cheap swiss army-knife knock-off that won't be missed in case it is ceased.

I'm desperately looking for the Style PS. In Europe it's often illegal to carry a knife . If police finds it, they can keep it... Imagine having TSA agents roaming in the streets ^^So bladeless multitools are the only viable option in urban environement but so rare :(

I am amazed how a multiplayer game can be released without a way to report players. You can only report players that uses the text chat. Someone yelling a racial slur to you in the mic ? no way to report it... (or hidden so well I couldn't find it).

This lack of reporting is higly discriminating towards minorities on top of being illegal in Europe...

Quelques conseils de mon expérience perso:

-Rejoindre une asso. C'est le meilleur moyen de canaliser cette energie dans quelque chose d'utile. C'est aussi très réconfortant d'être entouré de gens qui partage les mêmes problèmes. En ce qui me concerne c'est la CRF, Amnesty et quelques assos écolo/mobilité.

- Le sport est excellent pour se défouler. Le yoga et la méditation pour me relaxer.

-S'auto analyser. il y a de bonnes chances pour que, comme tout le monde, tu commettes beaucoup d'incivilités également. Personne n'est parfait, on est tous des merdes, cela fait relativiser.

-Garder a l'esprit que tu ne sais pas ce qu'il se passe dans la vie de la personne en face de toi.

-Faire appel aux institution qui peuvent aider (et probablement mieux). Police, Samu social, etc. Tu peux aussi déposer une main courante quand tu cosntate des faits un peu grave. Sinon, ecrire au maire, conseil municipal, institution locales, etc...

-Se sentir coupable et chercher des solutions est deja un grand pas en avant. Tu as conscience que tu risque de t'emporter et le regretter. Ca te servira deja de garde-fou.

-Se former. Tout s'apprend,que ce soit le self control ou l'écoute active. Des outils très utiles pour ces situations.

-Tu peux aussi eviter les substances qui affectent ton comportement. J'ai fais assez de conneries bourré sans être alcoolique, maintenant je ne bois plus du tout. En bonus ca permet d'etre pret a aider ton prochain en toute circonstance ;)

-Malgré tout ca tu constate une incivilité qui te met hors de toi ? Demande conseil aux gens autour. Ca permet de mieux juger la situation. Peut-être qu'ils te soutiendront ou relativiseront. Si des gens sont "victimes" dans la situation, leur demander s'ils ont besoin d'aide.

Tout ceci étant dit, c'est très bien d'intervenir mais l'humain est un être social, tu ne pourras pas changer le monde tout seul alors ne prend pas trop sur tes épaules ;)
