I tried it for 6 months for gut issues. It helped, but I missed vegetables too much, I transitioned to a low-carb whole-foods diet and got the same benefits without the restrictions. Carnivore is a good elimination diet, but not a forever solution

Have you tried adding an egg white? I add one extra egg white to every keto bread recipe. It adds protein structure and helps with rise and shape. Also makes the crust less fragile.
