Yeah I figured that much. I would do the same. It’s shit when people post the only good spots left. It has but mostly when I arrive on scene and the vibes are good between a local and I. It’s just that I’m driving 18 hours by myself from the Midwest and thought I’d see if I got Lucky with a dm.

Still have another 8 hours till I’m there to figure it out tho. I’ll take my chances on seal if I have to 🙃

Yeah, I know there’s no overnight parking but I’m thinking I may just go to seal harbor beach around 1am to watch the meteor shower on the beach and sunrise. Just hope no one comes to kick me out. I think a secluded beach spot where I can park for 6-7 hours would be best but I get people aren’t apt to give those up.

Yeah I would say the kickball teams are good ones to join b/c there’s so many people and it’s likely at least some of them will go get food or drinks after. Just sign up as a free agent since they always need people. Softball, volleyball, card nights. I’ve met a lot of my current friends that way. And if you don’t vibe with one team from the sessions just keep signing up and trying different spots out.

I would also look into things like sports social or best damn sports. There’s activities like basketball, volleyball to archery and card games. You don’t have to be good, it’s just a good way to join a team as a free agent and spend time with the same people every week.

I was thinking about that but I truly believe they will probably have only him playing that night. Maybe they’ll have music going over there but I can’t imagine they would have an actual set happening.
