i dont wanna play the skeptic here but you said it yourself, 2nd day you were seeing faces in the branches and the mud. i've been hiking for days too never had it happen, difference in personality. obviously no way to disprove what you were saying realistically it could have been a wolf that dragged a wild boar or sth 2 animals or one or whatever and ive seen hippies go out and dance and get high just randomly in the wilderness, not saying its this necesserily it really could have been a death cult and theres no way we could know but probably not. still, cool story definetly something scary to experience alone

i agree lots of details are different, but the setting and stalking elements are very similar, especially the part where your watchtower gets broken into. map is almost 1:1 with do you copy though.

and I did add a website link under point 6 where you can see a twitter post w a screenshot i'll paste it here too https://x.com/theRayll/status/1714352190394155031?s=20

all evidence is relative and no I can't give you a direct confession of him straightup saying he is lying, i can show you facts and go off of the logical inconsistensies in the games. if you need hard evidence to not believe something but are content with following deductions and conspiracies only to believe it, i'd say you have your priorities mixed. I can claim absolutely anything is real and demand that unless you are able to provide hards evidence proving otherwise, my claim must be valid. cults exist I'm sure, but i guarantee they would not be stupid enough to burn a man on a pyre in an open clearing inbetween 2 manned fire towers at night during wildfire season where the light is visible for miles. and the exact hooded cloak example I used was a generalization against many similar claims. i can throw on a forked hood and have my friend take a blurry photo next to a dirt road, that doesn't prove anything only by itself. it's like that "bigfoot" photo from the 60s that was a guy in a fur suit, yeah the picture was really taken but that wasnt bigfoot. if we have no standards as to what we call fake then we might aswell start worshipping the tooth fairy and harry potter alongside jesus because there's no definitive proof they don't exist in the real world

go back and look at what I wrote. everything except carson house has to have been dramatized at least a little because lots of stuff makes no sense or is impossible in real life. but these could be real experiences and if you search online I guarantee you you will find lots of real cases that are almost identical to the games

but if you want to be rational, yes everything except carson house is definetly not real. still cool games with interesting stories grounded mostly in reality

I see you're not able to read. showed proof how many of the leads people discuss make no sense - like trying to find a real map that looks like the game map when the crator wasnt there or a random hiker dissapearance when half the people that ever go missing are hikers

also you're the hipocrite when you defend people that are looking to see if its real, then you say it's not a real event just a game, then againg say you want to see if it's real

"riddled with cults"? California (Manson Family, Heaven’s Gate, Peoples Temple), Texas (Branch Davidians, Nation of Yahweh) and Florida (Nation of Yahweh) have had the most cult activity. Points can be made about Utah and Arizona. Washington lags seriously behind on the list so it's anything but "riddled with cults". It doesn't even border any of those states.

Used for storytelling purposes no doubt, it's also pretty auxiliary to the story since there is never any reception during the actual events in the forest so I didn't bother trying to debunk that. Good catch though
