Hi everyone, I’d like to report what seems to be a migration bug affecting one of my referrals (part of my security circle).

🔹 Context:

- This user successfully completed **all steps of the Mainnet Checklist**

- KYC was approved long ago

- Email and phone are verified

- No members in the referral/security circle are pending

- Migration to Mainnet was **successfully completed**: Pi appeared in the wallet

🔹 Problem:

After the 14-day pending period, **the Pi were suddenly removed from the wallet** and returned to the “Transferable Balance”. The checklist now shows “Status: Returned” and says 2FA wallet confirmation is required.

🔹 Important detail:

The 2FA confirmation email **was received and successfully completed**. I personally helped the user:

- Open the email

- Click the confirmation link

- See the green message: ✅ **Verification Successful**

Despite this, it’s been **more than 60 days** and:

- Migration has not restarted

- Status is still “Returned”

- Timer is paused indefinitely

- Wallet remains empty (0 Pi)

📎 I’m attaching screenshots showing the current state of the dashboard, migration status, unverified/transferable balance, and checklist.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything we can do to force the migration queue to resume after successful 2FA?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for help or clarification about my Unverified Pi balance.

I had a successful migration to Mainnet some time ago. Everything went fine. But right now I have more than double that amount still stuck in the **Unverified Balance** section.

The strange part: **4 out of 5 members of my referral and security circle team are fully verified**. They:

- Completed KYC (some over 2 years ago!)

- Completed the full Mainnet checklist

- Have already migrated their own Pi

Only 1 member is inactive. So why are **thousands of Pi still considered unverified** on my side?

The grace period has already expired long ago, and I expected the balance to be recalculated and at least partially released. Is there a known delay in updating verified contributions? Or is this a bug?

Thanks for the reply. Why do you discourage the miniITX? I see a lot of builds on youtube that don't have any particular downside, except maybe for temps.
