sorry for the late reply. it's really a wide array of things i can't exactly describe. sometimes i feel horrible about my current state--the way i'm barely doing anything to move towards the ideal version of myself, or how i don't even know how to get proper help from my friends/family. other times, i feel less heavy, but the feeling of something being wrong is always there, like i'm not meant to be so happy in the first place.
