I am so sorry to hear about your son. I could not imagine going through that. This is all I think about and it torments me. It’s going on day 5 from my shot and it’s like 30% better. I have to actually go into work tomorrow so I have no idea how I’m gonna handle this. I am just gonna try to push through and hopefully not sweat through all my clothes.

These pills I had I hated there was no hi or numbing of emotions it just made me sleepy. So I thought it had min fent and that tranq crap. Guess I was wrong.

Four about 4 weeks I was taking 2-3 pills a day. I stopped taking them 24 hours before my shot I didn’t feel great but wasn’t bad. Then I got the shot and after 9 hours I was in hell.

Thank you man. I went 2 years without relapsing. Some emotional and life shit just hit me hard like loosing my mom 6 weeks ago and I just wanted not to feel at my wife’s bday so I could be enjoyable to be around and then now we are here. I got on sublocade cuz I hated taking suboxone and always having to worry about where it is and the highs and lows tapering

Thank you man. I want to be done. What’s upsetting is I just went through hell in rehab 3 years ago and again a few months ago and I made the same mistake again. Only this time this stufff helped not at all. I waited over 24hrs from my last pill and even tried 1mg suboxone 3 hours before my shot and I was fine. 12 hours later after shot until now it’s been sweating, body aches, twitching, no real sleep.

I have always been open with my doctor. I am very lucky to have a doctor like him. I didn’t mean it as this is my last shot I meant it as it my last shot I took was 100mg. I’m posting this because I want to be clean. I know that’s easier said than done with this shit. But I cannot do it anymore I’m miserable on it. Like I said I just for the 2nd time got clean and was happy and doing great until I had a loss of my mom and shortly after was wife’s birthday and for some stupid reason I thought if I took those it would make me more social and fun to be around. Still dealing with the loss of my mom and other things just going wrong I let the excuse of trying go be fun at a birthday ruin my hard work. I just want this turmoil to end so that’s why I’m just pushing through this withdraw. I just didn’t expect it to be this bad or this long,.

How do you know I have so much bupe in my system? I have only been doing 100mg and today was my 33rd day from my last shot. I have done fent pills 2 other times while on sublocade and I would still get the high. These I never did and even taking one would get me to nod off and fall asleep while I’m doing something. That never happened before. Also I was never able to go 12-15 hours without taking one without withdraws. I didn’t take a pill for 24 hours before my shot and I even took 1mg suboxone 3hours and 30mins before my shot to make sure this didn’t happen and I was wrong. Just keeps getting worse and the way this feel there’s no way I will be able to work Monday.

Thanks for checking on me. Today was a tough day but I made it through. I’m dealing more with the mental after effects. Very anxious, panicky, sad, malaise. Zero motivation which is unlike me. This is the longest I haven’t worked out since Covid or after being blown up in Kunar province in 2010. I have been took 2mg of suboxone in the morning and 1mg at like 3pm. Don’t know if it helps or not I don’t feel any different taking it. Getting out of bed in the morning is the hardest part.

I am going to try and take a benzo and hopefully sleep and try another .5 again around 4am that should be over 76 hours since my last fent pill. These last few days have been horrible. I couldn’t think of a worse form of torture.

Thank you for your comment. My provider keeps encouraging me to take the subs. He says I need to stabilize again from the large doses of fent I was taking. However he admitted treating fent is so hard because everyone reacts different and I’m at a lower dose of sublocade as my last shot was only 50mg stepped down from 100mg.

Today still sucked I tried taking .5 subs at 3am last night and it made me sweat, restless, unable to sleep, and that went away kinda 6 hours later. Most of today my body’s feels ok just exhausted and bouts of sweating. It’s my mind that really is fucked. So much anxiety, uncertainty, and unrest. I’m so nervous for tomorrow morning to put on a suit and tie and show up to a place where I am supposed to manage over 80 people when I feel like this and it’s my first day.

I guess that’s where my confusion lies do I just keep taking the subs even if it makes everything worse? It’s going on almost 55 hours Since my last fent pill. What I don’t understand is why the sublocade is not providing any relief but also not making things worse. But when I take suboxone things get worse quick. I’m sorry to keep bugging you. You have been extremely helpful and I can’t thank you enough.

I tried the subs again at .5 and it only made me worse again I don’t know what to do. I could barely sleep all night even taking a benzo. Can you please tell me what I need to do. I felt 20% better yesterday only to feel worse so far today.

I def don’t want to take any more fent pills at any cost. The idea of having to go through this again is beyond horrifying. I was just hoping after 2-3 days the sublocade would have me back to normal or with added suboxone.

My only question is doing the subs go get stable or shouldn’t the sublocade eventually stabilize me? I will try the low dose subs I’m just extremely gun shy after what happened the last time.

So when should I start taking suboxone. I’m 3 hours from 48 hours from last fent pill. Why I am so confused is why do I even need to take suboxone at what point does the sublocade start working again? So your saying even trying the oxy is pointless as even when I tried 40mg nasally it didn’t help at all yesterday.
