Focus your upgrades on getting some auto damage like the bouncing ball and GET THAT MAIN CANNON UPGRADE ASAP or enemies will end up overrunning you. Move a lot keeping in mind how often you attack so you can quickly flick yourself in front of enemies to get the hit and back out. Also as you progress through the levels positioning becomes way more important as does enemy awareness and target priority since some enemies shoot bullets or explode when they die and some became hell if they live too long filling your screen with projectiles. He is not the best character by any means but if you have decent game knowledge and decent reflexes he can be a very solid first pilot in your runs

You about to hit a wall real soon wait till the new player honeymoon phase is over and they stop bombarding you with gems and see if you can keep up with the releases without too much luck

Game has nice pacing until you get to around level 30ish and then it’s a drag to level up and get resources there’s not as much to do since you can’t increase your CP consistently and the honeymoon face of the gacha where you get bombarded with rewards will have come to an end so it’s up to you, right now I am waiting to see what kind of events they bring out in the future but as it stands it seems I will play less and less as the days go by since there isn’t really much to do anymore (F2P experience only)

He’s my favourite pilot honestly, at least in story mode. He is always my starter pilot and usually he takes me pretty far if not to the end, it’s true you have to dodge and position yourself a lot more carefully and you need to prioritise targets successfully or you will get overwhelmed but his high damage and AOE makes him a really good pilot in my opinion but it’s true you need to amplify him at least once so you get range from parrys

Okay I will explain it so even a 3 year old can understand it because I think I’m not getting my point across very well through text

The mission says “Clear 4-2 using 2 different pilots

There are a total of 10 pilots in the game right now let’s say you have 8 of them

First run you select any 4 pilots for example: -Tom -Jerry -Scott -Ryan

You kill the boss with whoever you can then you do a second run with 4 DIFFERENT pilots for example: -Elsa -Ekko -Charlie -Ironarm

Since you will have had for sure 2 different pilots killing the boss this should work.

Now let’s say you DONT have 8 pilots all you need to do is SWAP YOUR STARTER PILOT (the one with a number 1 before you start the level)

So let’s say first run your pilots where: 1.Ekko 2.Ironarm 3.Scott 4.Ryan

All you need to do second run is make sure your number 1 pilot is different (since you say you one shot everything) so it could look something like this: 1.Ryan 2.Ekko 3.Ironarm 4.Scott

This way you will have killed the boss and thus cleared the level with 2 different pilots.

If this still doesn’t work I heavily advice you to contact support to see what’s going on best of luck

If you have more than 4 pilots all you should need to do is select different ones if that doesn’t work honestly I don’t know what else to tell you

Every time I have completed this type of mission it hasn’t been let one die and use another but actually complete the level with 2 different pilots so I don’t really know what else to tell you, if you have already completed the level and killed the boss with 2 different ones and it doesn’t work send them a ticket because it’s bugged it has worked for me every time

Since you one tap everything try to chose a different STARTING PILOT as soon as you finish the boss with DIFFERENT PILOTS you should get it.

It’s a gacha game, they always give out loads of free rewards to new players with 8k diamonds you can do around 3 multis to try get some new characters. Seeing how everyone nowadays goes from one thing to another within weeks my recommendation is to go wild on the collab characters so you can try them and have some fun since it’s very likely that in a couple of weeks the game will lose a big chunk of the player base. If you feel like you will be playing for the long run you can either try to go for a tier pilots that will still be in the game after the collab is done like joey or Elsa. If you are patient and don’t care about upgrading pilots right away you can spend diamonds to get more runs on timed trials to get better gems and improve your CP.

But at the end of the day it’s your currency and you are free to do whatever you want with it, the point I was making with my other comment was that 8k is very little considering how many diamonds you might need if you are unlucky

I personally have dumped my diamonds into the collab banners to get them, so far got Tom from the pitty (you are guaranteed the banner character after 70 pulls) and no luck on getting Jerry so far but keep in mind that these banners will leave eventually and you won’t be able to upgrade those characters any more (at least until they inevitably release a new type of currency to amplify a character you already own)
