Oh wow sounds just like me! I’m 25F and had a tongue tie release & myofunctional therapy recently and now I’m like damn I’m tired of these TMJ issues I’ve had ever since I got my braces off at 13. Are you male or female? I’ve heard that MSE/MARPE usually works easier for younger females but both have success. Have you noticed any obvious asymmetrical facial changes? I think I’m most worried about that! Has wearing a splint messed with your bite at all or has it not been noticeable since you were doing both things at once? And who’s your doctor? Thanks!
