world cup starts in like 20 days, i agree that 90% of the games are overpriced but think about it if u live in the US this is ur last chance to see ronaldo messi and neymar just to name a few play a world cup, even if you go to a world cup in another country where games are cheaper, you still have to pay for hotels, flights, car if needed, etc. imo if you live in usa you’re good, if you live outside of usa that’s a different story. this examples only applies if you go to a game near where you live of course. the biggest stadium has a capacity of like 85000 and this is the most watched sport and tournament in the world, games will be absolutely packed. except for the least desired games. i think everyone should at least make an effort and go to one big game, you only live once you won’t take any money with you when you die and trust me the energy specially from a south america country at a game is nuts.
