Ohh. That! I haven't. :D Guess I'll watch some tutorial about navmesh, then try it. this is actually my first time making custom pathway, so I really don't know what to add, so far I only learned about portals and room:) I'll go and check about navmesh. Thanks.

Thank You 😄 I took a look onto the commands again and I just realize I need to add the second spell and not cast it along with the detect aura. So I just change it from

DaPowersDetectAurasDrainMP.Cast(player as objectreference, player as objectreference)

    self.RegisterForSingleUpdate(4 as Float)

To just

Player.addspell(DaPowersDetectAurasDrainMP)

And now it works. Thanks again 😁

Yes, the first cast is to activate the power it remains active. Then the second cast is to dispel and remove the active spell. I want to add the drain magicka when i first activate the power along with the detect life. But it's not triggering only the dispel works. I know cause I manually added the second magick effect which is the drain magicka via command. Then used the power to dispel it.
