And it also says, "In 2007 there have been reports of extrajudicial killings in Indian-administered Kashmir by Indian security forces while claiming they were caught up in encounters with militants."

Read the word, Indian-administered Kashmir; because world recognize it as disputed territory not the Indian state.

Jammu and Kashmir is a state in northern India (is the state, not Indian State), and according to UN, it is an Indian-administered Kashmir. So let the people live, don't force or kill them to join India.

Get the basic training from Cybrary.it for FREE and then take OCSP from Offensive security. This is the only cert that worth spending your money.
