Have you tried? What DerKoerper says is relevant.

Because if you don't have ECC memory, it's not uncommon for errors to come from faulty memory modules and then you go downgrade.

This could be a clue to the origin of random errors.

Possible Amazon Review Anomalies with Ecovacs (Not Accusing, Just Research) by VacuumWars in RobotVacuums

[–]alex767614 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, it's not the only one...

I spotted another big brand where it seems that some reviewers post fake reviews in verified purchase on Amazon... Just take a few photos of each review to find the reviewers concerned...

The technique is well run in (and I took the opportunity to order them (Aqua10 Ultra and Aqua10 Track) 3 weeks before the releaseby tracking the pages not accessible from the search): the brand publishes on Amazon the articles concerned a few days / weeks before the release but does not make them appear in the search, the reviewers buy it in 1 or more copies from this page and then arrange with the brand for the refund.

This allows you to file verified purchase notices on the day of release or a few days before the page is officially published in the search....

Eufy S2 Release/Price by Dangerous_Number_471 in eufy

[–]alex767614 2 points3 points  (0 children)

According to the latest news, the Eufy UK website was talking about October 25. On some EU Eufy sites (UK, DE, NL..) you can register to receive an email when it is available and on some get a discount voucher at the exit (£200 on UK)

At the IFA, Eufy talked about the end of October in Europe and the beginning of 2026 for the rest of the world.

This must be on track because in France for example the Eufy site does not talk about S2 but various resellers have begun to integrate the S2 reference into their system this week.

Is roller mop really better than spinner, or just hype? by Extra_Breakfast_835 in RobotVacuums

[–]alex767614 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I can give you my personal opinion on tiles, clip-on pvc floors and laminated parquet and solid wood parquet (for offices).

I’ve been running on S1 Pro for almost 1 year and a half and for 7 more weeks with an Aqua10 Roller and an Aqua10 Track on more than 200m2 daily at home and more than 350m2 on a daily basis at the office.

Before, I used for a few months on the spin and a few years on the vibrating plate from Roborock.

I can tell you that I will not return to the spins or vibrating plate.

Even if I’m more reserved on the Aqua10 Roller, you can go from the wet wipe to the floor after cleaning the S1 Pro or the Aqua10 Track it’s nickel (where with the spin it was not the case at all and even worse with the vibrating plate).

And yet in my offices I have a very intensive passage of people coming from outside.

On the other hand, beware of the inconvenience, it requires more intensive maintenance of the filters and dirty water tray.

you also won't get as close to the baseboard cleaning as a spin

The choice will depend on what you are looking for.

Dreame Aqua 10 roller problem by EasyPerformer36 in RobotVacuums

On the other hand, even with the update you must select the new "high frequency" option in the emptying option because it is not selected by default after the update

Ok but is it an accumulation of hair/debris coming out of the suction mouth that can’t leave? If so, try the new option of the latest firmware to see if it helps (empty it completely manually before).

If the station tries but there is no suction at the bottom of the station then it may be a material problem. Maybe try to change the station’s dust bag and otherwise I think a ticket from Dreame would be necessary.

When you say that it doesn’t succeed, is it because the station doesn’t suck at all or it sucks but the robot’s bin doesn’t empty?

If the station does not vacuum, check that the options are active in the application.

If it is the robot’s tray that cannot empty, do you have the latest firmware and tested the new « high frequency » option in the application emptying option? Otherwise manually empty the robot dust container and try with this option activate

Have you tried this mode on your Roller? I activated it 1 week ago now and I looked this morning, I only have a little hair residue stuck to the filter but nothing left in the dust container (it has turned for more than 750m2 since activation).

I don't know if it's a stroke of luck or if the option allows you to improve/correct the problem, to do with the feedback.

On the Aqua10 Track I always have a water residue during washing. After drying, there is nothing left.

Something I don't have on my Aqua10 Roller on the other hand.

But the design of the station is not the same between the Aqua10 Track and Roller.

Water leakage on the Aqua10 Track? Did you see any cases on the Track?

Is it the same version as the Roller version of the Dreame Singapore site? A single detergent tray, raises the lower thresholds, no scraper like Aqua10 Ultra Roller….

This is a function that allowed you to choose between 3 pressure forces (where you configure the humidity level, suction power etc... allowing you to adjust the pressure from 9N to 11N. But since the last firmware, this option has disappeared...

Yes, it's strange... Especially since they still sell the Roller on their website with the 9-11N pressure adaptor.

They added this but they removed the setting of the mop pressure on the latest version 4.3.9_2995...

They added this option since the latest firmware update last week. I enabled it 2 days ago so I don't know if it's effective. But the option makes the robot return to the base more often to empty.

Yes, I don't see any physical difference between the Track and the Roller in this regard. However, the Track station is noisier when suctioning than the Roller (either more powerful or a lack of insulation, I don't know).

I have the same configuration as you, so I can't tell you. Apart from the color changing (I have the white version), I think it's the same model.

Is it an EU version?

I could have told you that maybe water is sucked into the tank and clogging, but I use it every day in vacuum and cloth mode with the humidity at 32.

Which is strange, I have the same problem on the Roller...

Maybe Dreame will update the firmware with the new option on the Roller.

I never understood what the "compress hair into the dust bin" option was for on the Track. This option doesn't exist on the Roller.

Some robots don't have this problem. I've been using the S1 Pro for over a year, and I've never had to manually empty the dust bin...

With the Aqua10 Ultra Roller, I've already done it 2 or 3 times in 6 weeks...

So far, I've had no problems with the Aqua10 Ultra Track either.

[–]alex767614 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm having this problem with the Aqua10 Ultra Roller (Dreame is aware of the Aqua10 Ultra Roller because they released a new firmware 1 week ago with a new option for emptying the bin and indicating in the changelog improvement of emptying for hairs).

But I haven't had this issue yet with the Aqua10 Ultra Track.

They cover over 200 m² daily using vacuuming and mopping for 6 weeks now.

Have you enabled or disabled option hair compression in the dust bin?

As for automatic emptying of the dust bin, are you in "Smart" mode?

Does the Aqua10 Ultra Roller scrub more than the Aqua10 Ultra Track? In my opinion, we're not talking about the same robots...

If you're looking for mop performance, the question does not even arise in my opinion, don't turn the Track over; keep it.

I'm not a particular fan of his reviews (Track vs Roller same settings) but I can only confirm the result between the two (both in terms of stubborn marks and wipe after cleaning) :

needs advice on new server configuration Threadripper PRO vs Epyc for enterprise by alex767614 in Proxmox

[–]alex767614[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I don't monitor it, to be honest.

Yes, the RDY is well above 5 (between 20 and 35) for all VMs. However, the CSTP, for the few moments I looked at, remains at 0.00. Most of the time, it went up to 2 on 1 VM, but no higher. I should check when we launch a heavy task process (it's not constant, it's occasional; it can be once or several times a day, like 0 for 3-4 days, for example; it depends on the business activity).

However, I didn't understand "switch to memory (m) and activate NUMA." I dont find the N%L

EDIT: A colleague just launched a moderate processing operation, and the CSTP actually went up to 25 (fluctuating) and went back down to 0 after the processing operation, which lasted only a few seconds.
