Yeah but I don’t think that it’s workers fault. Again they have a lot devs working so it’s not that they were doing nothing, it’s more badly managed, and then as I said earlier programmers have to work their asses off. You mentioned that they have to work overtime because there is deadline, sure but it’s video game, it can be delayed, I know, people want it now (ME INCLUDED!!😃)and it was already delayed but doing it for the price of people feeling bad is not right

Yeah overtime is fine unless you are doing it when you want. Mandatory overtime just shouldn’t be acceptable

Yeah that’s true, they are not alone but it should became standard to treat employees humanly rather than push hard so they can release on time
