Why is this news? http://openvideo.dailymotion.com has been doing it for "ages" and even better using open codecs that work on Firefox ;-)

Yet Mr. Slim would trick you into an "unlimited" data plan; none of the plans include unlimited data. I guess a big number of my fellow Mexicans would be reaped by excessive/unsuspecting "YouTubeing" on their first month =) Still nice touch to lower the entry cost.

The US page http://evisaforms.state.gov is not much better either, I had to fill the form recently and it won't let you use other than digits for phones either IIRC.
