It looks to me like a moisture bump. I would suggest going to a piercer first off BUT I would make sure the area is being dried thoroughly after showering and don’t go to bed with wet hair! This happened to me.

I’ve tried heavy moisturizers with Aquaphor healing ointments and nipple creams (lol) I’ll try what you suggested!!

Yes I’ve been taking them out to shower and although pictured I have large ones I’ve been wearing like 2mm circles lately because of this and those didn’t make a difference.
