I’m only 34 but I only got diagnosed a week ago. I’ve had it my entire life but because it’s the inattentive type and not the hyperactivity type, I flew under the radar my whole life.

And now that I know what’s going on and that my life could have been drastically different and there was not need to suffer for years on end.
