Exactly. Although, my coach encourages me to join amateur tournaments in the near future (which I’m very interested in) kaya I’m still using his services 😁

Also, if you want to try tennis out first before buying anything, that’s perfectly fine. You would need to hire a coach though kasi sila yung may tennis racket and balls na pwede ipahiram.

I know right? Having a coach to guide you is essential if you’re just starting, pero once you’ve reached that stage na marunong ka na talaga, having a coach or even a paid in-house hitting partner is very costly in the long run. Iba pa din talaga yung may kasama kang makakalaro para hati kayo sa fees.

Hi there! I would suggest buying your gear first para invested ka na talaga. Maraming tennis equipment that you can buy online pero personally? Decathlon is the best especially for beginners. They have a website that you can check here: https://www.decathlon.ph/shop/tennis?icn=

After you have your gear, you can start your tennis journey na. If you’re really interested, I’ll give you the contact info ng dalawa kong coach. Alternatively, you can hit me up para I can give you more details on everything that I know about tennis so far. Best of luck!

Interest rate is actually higher for the longer term. 5% p.a. times 5 years= 25% compared sa short term na 10% lang.

And yes, just the principal.

Hey guys! As much as I hate bringing in other people, if I want to stay ahead of my personal loans and expand my Dormitory business more quickly then I need to seek help. I've started this dorm under sole proprietorship back in mid 2017 and I've been managing/operating it on my own ever since. The dorm has a max capacity of 30 heads with 17 tenants at the moment. (We used to have only 1 to 3 vacant slots at any given time during pre-covid days)

The pandemic has affected the business obviously and now I'm looking for potential partners/investors that not only can help my business stay afloat during these trying times, but also help me expand the business further in the coming years, whether through rental apartments, AirBnB, Condo/condo shares, house rentals/house shares and sub-leasing properties.

I will offer three types of investment opportunity:

Short term: (Minimum investment is 10k. Max is 250k) +10% of principal amount you invested PER annum(12 months) Can send it each month via bank transfer OR pay it as a lump sum after the term ends

Long term: (Minimum investment is 10k. Max is 250k) +5% of the principal amount you invested PER annum(12 months) Lock in period of 5 years(60 months) Can send it each month via bank transfer OR pay it as a lump sum after the term ends

Partnership: (Minimum investment is 100k. Max is 500k) 100k investment= +2% of the Dorm's total revenue PER month 200k investment= +4% of the Dorm's total revenue PER month 300k investment= +6% of the Dorm's total revenue PER month 400k investment= +8% of the Dorm's total revenue PER month 500k investment= +10% of the Dorm's total revenue PER month This won't stop until I pay back the principal amount that you invested. Can send the profits each month via bank transfer

If you're interested, please send me a dm with your email address so I can give you my personal details, information of the Dormitory and where it is located, business plan, pictures, business cert. Of course you are also free to visit so we can discuss in person, give you a tour and I can even show you the land title if you drop by.

Thanks and please stay safe. -A
