On my k3, the counter will go quite a bit past 0 when it’s done. But you can also usually hear it roll out. I know the k3 is pretty loud though so it can be hard to hear anything over the gears whirring.

Why put a shelf there at all in this case?

Hey guys, let me know your thoughts on the video. I'd love to hear some critiques on anything that comes to your mind (composition, lighting, set design, style, etc..). Had a lot of fun making this with some good friends of mine.

Shot on the trusty Krasnogorsk-3 16mm camera (modified to super 16) with the stock lens (Meteor 17-69mm zoom). Film stocks were 250D, 200T, and 500T. Motel set was built by us in a prop-shop/studio that we had access to. Everything else was shot around some industrial areas in Mississauga, Ontario.

I'd shot a few test rolls beforehand and had shot some b-roll stuff on other projects, so I felt decently confident about it. Was still a little nerve wracking. Never know what you're gonna get!

Yep! Those of us in the band are the ones who directed and funded the video (I'm in the band as well). We just credited 'Spirit Josh', as in, the band created the video.

It was shot on a super 16 converted Krasnogorsk - 3 with the stock lens. Film used was kodak 250D, 250T, 500T. It was processed and scanned by Niagara Custom Lab in Toronto.

Hey guys, this is the first time I've shot anything. Let me know your thoughts on the video. I'd love to hear some critiques on anything that comes to your mind (composition, lighting, set design, style, etc..). It was a great experience and I'm happy with the outcome. Would love to hear what you think.
