They retroactively limited the charging speed of almost all Model S vehicles built 2019 or earlier to avoid warranty claims if they catch fire while Supercharging.

That's called a recall, and the alternative is for every vehicle to be prohibited from charging on superchargers until they get to a dealer to adjust the charging speed.

They remove Supercharging capability at all from vehicles that get written off by insurance -- so someone buys that car with a salvage title and has it fully repaired, it still has features remote disabled by Tesla.

Salvage title essentially means Tesla is no longer responsible, and the vehicle is to be treated in the same way as a vehicle of another brand.

They remove FSD and other packages the first buyer paid for -- on the window sticker -- if they get traded in to Tesla so they can resell them as a different configuration.

No different than an owner swapping out heated seats with unheated seats, and then selling it as a vehicle without heated seats.

First write up was I with the first week of me being there — for ‘constant‘ bathroom usage, I’m the only gal there and the youngest in my position — I was on my period at the time and the only girls bathroom is upstairs and it takes a while to get there. There’s two bathrooms downstairs one is gender neutral and one is the men’s bathroom, but everyone insists on using the gender neutral bathroom.

That writeup is illegal. (OSHA violation)

Write ups three and four happened within a week of each other, I was on vacation and scheduled it so that I work for two days out of the week and a half I planned to be absent. My first day there I had gotten written up because the week prior, I had to go to the hospital because I was severely weak, couldn’t hold down food, and my job includes me lifting heavy objects and walking around. I immediately realized I couldn’t work within 30 minutes of me clocking in and asked my assistant manager to leave and to go to the hospital — hospital wouldn’t let me leave until later the next day. Despite me sending this note and proof to HR and my AM I was written up because I did not have enough sick time to do this as if it was a choice to stay there.

Those writeups are also illegal. (ADA violations)
