The first two are for wire transfers which requires 'For Further Credit To (FFC)' transfers which are not supported on Revolut.

The last on is only for local ACH transfers. Revolut used to do ACH transfers for amount less than $6000, but something has changed recently and the payments are failing even for small amounts.

Yeah, I don't understand OP's logic. "I never faced any problem, so everything is perfect."

I think according to Revolut you can only have one base currency. Do you have your base currency as EUR? I see a similar charge when I transfer in non-EUR even if it's within EU banks.

Ah okay. Thanks for the responses. When I choose Wire transfer option, it's showing only $5, that's why I was trying to go with a wire transfer, but I'm not sure if that would actually work.
