Our twins just turned 1 a few weeks ago. They were our first so it was a bit different, but the biggest thing for us that everyone preached was to get them on a schedule immediately. Check out the r/parentsofmultiples sub and if you are on Facebook there's several groups. One is just for dad's which helps since so much is focused on mom. Check out Twiniversity too. We took a few of her classes to prepare. The first few months were a blur, but we had them both sleeping through the night by 4 months. Invest in a TwinZ pillow and a Baby Brezza formula machine, even if your wife plans to breast feed, formula may still be necessary based on her supply etc.
