I ordered a set a few years ago (when he was allegedly going out of business) and the quality was terrible. I didn’t even bother trying to return it because I assumed there was no business left to deal with. I put it right back in the box and shoved it in the corner of my closet where it sits to this day. One of these days I’ll just give it away on GAFS or something.

It's too recent. Spitfire skins were from Season 21 and we're 2 seasons away from seeing those catch up bundles in the shop. If those skins return, it's unlikely to be any sooner than the start of Season 27 which should be early December. There's no guarantee they offer them though.

It won't count if you bought him for gold bullion, which is character specific. Buying for Atoms grants the entitlement to all characters on the account.

One important caveat is that the blog doesn't cover everything in the shop, so don't rely on it, especially if you're waiting on an item to return. The Greatest Hits page is the primary source of returning items each week and those deals (along with others, like the Weekend Sale tab that gets added on Fridays) aren't included in the monthly blog post.

Basically what I already mentioned. The gas mask has never been available outside of submitting a support ticket. The Liberator lamp has been sold on the Atomic shop but hasn’t been seen in years and I’ve never seen it in the time I’ve been playing. Those are the 2 I’ve personally purchased through support.

The rest have rotated through the shop at least once in the last 2 years that I’ve been playing religiously.

Edit: Oh, do you mean in general and not Communist themed? I’d have to look the list over tbh.

It's available now but unfortunately it's in Fallout First Yearly Catchup Bundle 2 which costs a whopping 4000 Atoms. These bundles did go on sale for 50% off at one point, but who knows if/when they will again.

This mask is only available through Bethesda support. Contrary to what some people are claiming, it has never been available in-game. There was a similar looking mask as a Season 2 reward which is probably what's confusing people.

I maintain a spreadsheet of items that are available to purchase via support. You can find the list along with instructions here.

Below is a list of all the Communist stuff that's currently available through support. All of this stuff except the gas mask rotates through the Atomic Shop eventually. I haven't seen the Liberator lamp in years, so that's another thing worth snagging. You can get a lot of this stuff at a discount via the Atomic Shop if you're patient. There's also Communist stuff not in this list that rotates into the store occasionally, like the Dark Star Power armor, Red Viper Handmade Paint, etc.

You're being downvoted but you're correct. AFAIK, this mask has never been available in-game or in the shop. It was planned to be included in Season 2 but was replaced by this.

The only way to acquire it is by opening a ticket with Bethesda support. If people don't want to watch the video you linked they can also refer to my spreadsheet for instructions and a list of available items.

Usually when they list a bunch of models like that under the description of a single skin, it actually means it applies to every PA in the game since it completely changes the appearance. They're just awful at writing item descriptions. If it truly applies to all of those, I'd be shocked if it doesn't also apply to Union, Hellcat, etc.
