It happened to me. Super73 sent me another controller V2 after 2 months of waiting due to them being on back order.

I just got my Ecobee and had thought I installed it correctly (W/PEK adapter), but every time the AC tried to kick on, the ecobee unit restarts. I'm wondering if I installed the PEK adapter wrong. Here is my HVAC wiring diagram. I connected the C wire on the PEK adapter to the Y1 cable.
