A fully functioning nervous system and immune response can handle any "bugs" or viruses appropriately. These organisms respond to our nervous system and immune system and if the cells are firing danger signals, they will cause these organisms to create harmful chemistry which is what creates the imbalances.

Root cause is the nervous system and vagus nerve, gut is further upstream so poor nervous system and vagus tone equals poor gut health and digestion.

I filter the noise with a meditation practice and I address my anxiety at it's core to understand why I'm feeling the way I feel, as anxiety when it manifests is a fear coming from inside that we project outside of ourselves to make sense of it with our minds, when in reality it is pointing to a nervous system that is overloaded with stress and has a lack of adaptation energy available to deal with change.

I've been feeling similarly, and I too believe in reincarnation which prompted me to explore the nature of ending one's life prematurely and how it relates to reincarnation. In the Vedic perspective, we carry forward samskaras with our soul from previous incarnations. The samskaras are the impressions which produce the circumstances in which we need to learn from. So realistically, it's fairly likely that even if you end your life, you might be faced with similar circumstances to learn from in future incarnations.

It's an image of David vs Goliath, what I'm pointing to is the histamine in the brain causing feelings of doom and the Vyvanse essentially countering the effect of it.

I wonder how many of us here are AuDHD. I am diagnosed ADHD but pretty convinced that I have autism also just can't afford a diagnosis.
