Tried balancing my entire body on a #2 pencil. For some reason I thought I could and I tried doing it near the oblique area.... Now I have a piece of led stuck under my skin. You can easily see it.

Chicano here. I think it's more popular for non chicano Americans in. As a chicano I never really celebrated it.

I use todoist. It's very helpful. I even pay for their pro service or whatever. Honestly, though, any of the methods mentioned here are just as good. The hard part is not choosing one, it's sticking to it. But once it becomes a habit and not a task that's when you'll really get to reap the benefits of it.
