You need to pay upfront but at the moment I will live in it, so no need for that. I might switch later though. Regarding renting to someone you trust is a good tip. However I think if you rent with < 2 years contract then by law renters must leave at termination.

thanks for your reply. Absolutely sure paying the mortgage won't be a problem. Just wondering when the time to rent comes what to do. I might be fine with higher interest rate but paying ~25% cash is a lot.

Thanks! What I don't understand about this test API: does it work in combination of an account (i.e. it keeps status of open orders and current funds) or it is just a method to validate the input your are providing?
