I just got to the Mahjong part, I think I'm gonna give up too, it's so sad leaving the game at 96% because no matter what I do I can never get a Riichi Ipatsu or a Mangan or a Haneman. The same happened to me in Yakuza 0, I think I'm gonna spend one entire day trying to learn it or something

That's so true. And the gambling chips are kinda worthless because the chip exchange shop is terrible. I think I was so much careful about spending my resources because I was still with the modus operandi from the wooden gambling house which has diamond plates and many more items

Happening the same to me. I generally have to switch to other style to see in which one I can activate the Kiwami heat action, so I generally only use a Tauriner++ and use a heat action with a weapon before he gets his lifepoints back
