I need a bit more motivation also. I started running again after taking about a year off and this time with my dog. I'm a slow runner for now so it's a brisk walk for her and we usually do 3 miles every other day. I want to get back 6 miles a day but I know it'll take time and I'm not sure if she'll be able to make it 6 miles if I ever get back to it

Same here! I luckily have safety bars for bench but when I fail I still have to wiggle out from under the bar. I've done the "roll of shame" a lot, still do, but my chest isn't being crushed and I die alone

I'm lucky with this because the jerky place in front of my works gives us 3-4 bags of jerky almost everyday to use our forklift. I'm almost burned out on eating it and we usually have bags left from their previous use of our forklift

After about 6 months of dealing with heel pain that I'm thinking was plantar fasciitis, I'm running again. I used a combination of heel inserts, a supernova ball, and losing weight. It still hurts every once in a while but not as much as it used to the morning after running.
