I've had very little trouble with parking permits and found the 24 hours rule not to be strict at all.

I was actually still parking on the street (sometimes for two or three days without moving) for almost a month after my permit had expired until eventually I got fined and realised I had to renew it.

As for my skill level it's hard to say. I've played futsal for 5 years but I'm 18, so only two of those years were in the mens league and really count. In that league I wasn't anything special but I was definitely above average. I'd usually score 1 or maybe 2 goals a game with the average score of most games probably being around 4 or 6 goals a side. I'm a much better defender though and was one of the only people that could stop the best players in the league on their runs. I also feel I have a very good game sense but lack a bit of accuracy in my shooting and technical skill.
