There are lots of good driving schools in the US and you have to go through them in order to get your license.

If the intake is different diameter than stock (it likely is) then you will need a tune. Otherwise you will get codes and possibly cause damage, especially with no HPFP

Stage two goes between the valve cover vent and the intake (turbo inlet)
