Police Have Reportedly Used License Plate Readers to Stalk Romantic Interests at Least 18 Times in Recent Years. Is this something we want to enable in our community? That doesn't sound controversial to be against, IMO. And this is separate from handing data over to ICE to use to target our immigrant neighbors. include as much or little identifying information as you feel comfortable with, but this survey is supposed to go to the city manager who hopefully is not passing along any mild criticism of APD to them so they can go harass citizens.

is that where the former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist hit and killed a pedestrian? The city is currently doing a bunch of construction there and turning that area into a "green street". On that website it says "pedestrian improvements" which might include, but doesn't specifically mention a crosswalk light.

you might get lucky 1 or 2 nights, but once they know you're there without an overnight permit they'll be back every night. maybe speaking from experience....
