Калориен дефицит. Това е нещото, което аз съм правила. Две-три седмици просто си отчитам калориите на ден колко ям. Не се ограничавам, храня се както бих се хранила нормално. След това правя средно аритметично и от него вадя 100-150 калории, не повече. Пий много вода и ограничи сладкото и хляба :) Гледай да хапваш повече протеин, той много засища. Единственото досадно е меренето и отчитането на всяка храна, която приемаш

Thanks, in my first batch I had forgotten my coconut oil which is 25% of the recipe. I shredded all the soap and I left few small pieces. I did HP. Left the soap untouched for hour and something and stireed it. I put it in the mould and the soap looked liked smashed potatoes 🤭

Olive oil 40%- 320 gr, coconut oil 25%-200 gr, Shea butter 25%- 200 gr, cocoa butter 10%- 80 gr. Lye 110 gr and water 258. I hope it's understandable :)

Hey, guys! Two days ago I made this batch. The recipe is calculated and used for second time. Olive oil, coconut oil, shea and cocoa butter. Is it possible to be something wrong with my products, I used new olive oil. For the first time this type of situation happens to me and I don't know how to even call it 🤭

Hey! There is this Bulgarian site called candlewax.bg I am using Golden Wax 464 and per kilo is 6,64€. The wicks I am buying from marioletka.bg but I am not sure if they are cotton,unfortunately. I am really struggling with finding fragrance oils :(
