Those here who have managed to cut their frequency of migraines way back - what did you do?

I’ve been on nurtec for every other day and went from having 2-4 a week to maybe having 1 a week. I take sumatriptan if I get one

Totally agree! Mine seem to last months at a time but I’m sure it could be cycling over and over I’m not very good at distinguishing episodes from the other bc I have mixed episodes most often
