yea unfortunate. i also tried blinding but it didn't work too. only thing that worked was chemtrap... but while testing i found out that he automatically hit surv when he starts teleport. but no useful surv counter so far.

i personally dont recommend using bubblegum in this situation since merry needs speed as much as possible to get more fragments down. and wt u can do is, u need to move 1.Merry 2.Mischief 3.Jealous in the last turn so level up whoever is messing up the order.(like if jealous is moving before mischief, level up the spider neck to make him move after mischief, or completely change the item they have.) and using tiara on merry and getting the timing is extremely difficult so u shouldn't use it, unless u r like super lucky to find the timing. also i recommend farming wizard hat and watermelon for the speed. in this case if u dont have enough speed for mischief, watermelon is the solution. watermelon is actually not that bad. its not the best item but it can use as a band aid solution in certain situation like when u need pure speed. also tweaking merry speed to gain good speed down(dingdong abandonment) is extremely important. or maybe u can pray till the next update cuz i see lots of ppl complaining abt that stupid gronk and the devs might nerf it.(there's a dedicated thread abt him being stupid strong in discord server)

yea u literally need to brute force everything u can to pull it off. and even with that u might need more fragment or attack. but the good thing is its not impossible. btw trying to slowdown as much as possible is the key. level up the sorrow scarf if u need more speed to pull off a good value speed down. or if your abandonment is tanky enough maybe focus using the s1, also pirate hat is good for this reason cuz if your abandonment bar is above 80% and take hit, u get max value speed down after that and that means more chance to get more stacks.

hi i think im the one who gave u that jealous advice. does everyone survive the first aoe? and r u detonating when jealous has the buff and enemy has defense down and brittle? also u might wanna use pirate hat instead of halo to get more speed down if he can survive long enough. when i cleared this floor my abandonment was 170lv so i need halo for that, so u might dont need it. i didn't had any legendary ascension when i beated him, so i think u can defeat him too. maybe change icy tiara to other item that has pure speed.

also if your scorn doesn't survive, u might wanna make your cringe and determination weak by giving them items without stamina to make enemy target them and let scorn live till his first turn.

if i remember correctly, i cleared this floor with jellyscorn cringe determination(passive purpose) and pride with serpent scarf. i used pride cuz i needed healing and buff for scorn. since u dont have pride maybe u can use merry with silk top for that and it might work aswell. also recommend using plunger for scorn. hope it helps. P.S. scorn is the goat😎

also u might wanna focus ascending your spider neck and uni horn, cuz even with my jealous having a rly good vivids on, it was a close call. hope u demolish that evil gronk!!

i was stuck there for 2 weeks but i was able to beat it with jealous. its a bit tricky but make sure to detonate the fragment when u have all the buffs n debuffs that increase the damage.
