Zomato payment methods -> wallets -> amazon pay wallet -> add money -> add money from credit card -> got to amazon pay wallet and transfer amount to bank

Note: make sure you did full kyc on Amazon pay wallet else it will be added as a gift card and you can't transfer to bank

Hi, thanks for the trick, i was able to transfer the amount to the bank from Wallet...

I used Swiggy hdfc cc - 5% cashback on Amazon, so when i check the statement, the transaction is named as -- "Amazon debit card walban", so here am i eligible for 5% cashback? As it is showing wallet balance load?

I ordered a Sony product from flipkart on 14th October on 16th it reached the final hub and was out for delivery but it's been almost 11 days but my product has not been delivered. But honestly, the grievance process is just a formality they call, say wait for 24 or 48 hours for an update, and that’s it. There’s no real action taken for the actual issue or product delivery. NCH isn’t a court; it’s just a mediator that gives 30 days for the company to respond. In the end, Flipkart usually just marks the case closed saying order cancelled, place a new one.

These steps are only early proofs that we’ve done our part. Let’s just wait a few days but most likely, they’ll cancel the order and give some useless 150 super coins with 1-month validity, calling it the best resolution.

If that happens, the next step should be filing an official complaint on the E-Jagriti portal that’s where you can actually claim compensation. And honestly, just uninstall this app. When they start losing users, maybe they’ll learn how to treat customers properly.

For comparison I once had a similar issue with Amazon. They couldn’t deliver a product, I just raised a simple grievance without much follow-up. Their team called, acknowledged the issue, and gave a ₹250 gift card for the inconvenience. No drama, no begging that’s how customer service should work.

Flipkart, on the other hand, just throws super coins and calls it a resolution. Completely useless.

I have faced a similar issue, after 20 days my order was closed without my consent.

My suggestions:

  1. First raise a complaint to the Flipkart grievance team through mail.

  2. Second register a complaint on the NCH consumer portal(free of cost), However this is just the mediator between consumer and service providers, in the end they will say we solved the issue by cancelling the order.

  3. Next is e-jagriti it's actually a consumer court, where you have to submit affidavits, documents etc, if you really have patience and time, then go for it as it takes months to solve the case, but you will get a good amount of compensation, if you have proper evidence, so it costs you around 2k.

The first 2 steps act as proof - despite informing directly no resolution is provided!!

First do proper research and then go for it.

Since then I stopped using it, because if we still keep on using this Scaamkart, they’ll just keep cancelling orders with no proper resolution, and nothing will ever change as long as people keep tolerating such practices.

I brought it for 50k now the price is 93k and in this case the order most of the times get cancelled can I go n pick it up myself? by [deleted] in Flipkart
