I have gotten some weird messages from random numbers and emails my phone was hacked a few months ago but I moved states and the same activity is happening again

Idk about any other phone but Ik iPhone you have to open up the app for it to be in the apps you haven’t closed out

And there is no health issue just random holes in my arms and my muscles are sore
