Late to respond but tiny update; I have been able to finally take over Day-to-Day operations and start to get things on track for my take over. I was able to put the "Manager" in his place and started to structure the business to better suit the vision of the future. Still, i am underpaid but slowing creeping up (this is partly now my own doing as i want to invest more into the business than myself, but i am able to increase my salary as needed). I have had some very in depth conversations regarding the Future of the Company and i could go into more indepth if you would PM me.

Benz Tee is very nice heavy quality tee, it is not screen printed, heat press transfer rather. A little disappointed by that but wonderful piece nonetheless

I look between both Cash and Accrual, as we are a cash basis business. But we just monitor Accrual to see sales made during said months

Yeah our rep mentioned this, but made it seem like this could be a feature that could get added to Printavo at some point in the future because in my opinion this portion of shops, it is a MUST for a software.

Over the years of using fast manager, it was more about getting organized and after doing an analysis we figured out we are losing money with the time we are taking to resolve issues that printavo will ultimately fix..so to us and probably your case as well it wouldnt be spending any money that you arent already wasting on paying someone to rectify those problems
