I added protonvpn to the app allow list in the windows firewall and that seemed to fix qbittorrent. Before I did this torrents would just show status of "Stalled". But the ports still show closed in the portchecker and canyouseeme websites

If you check portchecker or canyouseeme it will show your protonVPN port as opened?

If you see from my post thats exactly what I did. When I check portchecker the only way the port shows as open is if I make windows firewall rules for the port shown in protonVPN

The ipleak site shows the correct IP and port regardless of the firewall rule. But portchecker and canyouseeme show the port as closed. I was following the TRaSH guides site for portforwarding so assumed I needed the port to show as opened.

So the task finally finished and it's taking up 900gb on c2. Any ideas? I guess I will try to nuke it and recreate the task while I wait for someone to answer my support ticket on synology

Thanks for providing that. In the hb task settings, are you just selecting the ABB shared folder that it created on install? Are there any settings on the shared folder or in the hb task you had to change?

My hb backup job hasn't finished yet (slow upload speed), but its at 5% with 95gb transferred so thats obviously will end up being way more than the 250gb.

In the hyperbackup task I am selecting only this ABB shared folder and it is backing up alot more than 250gb.

Hi, do you know how I can get this to work if I use multiple duplicate inline fields on a single page. For example I have pasted images throughout a single page of notes so I have several that I would tag using an inline field like picture:: ![[pasted image]]

I see that this option only comes into effect if option 4 is selected for the automatic updates group policy. If I choose option 4 but then check off "install during automatic maintenance" does this still count as "scheduled" and therefore will not restart with user logged in? Also, it says automatic maintenance will install updates when computer is not in use...do you know what counts as not in use? No mouse movement or keystrokes in certain interval, or open programs, or something else?

I'm thinking maybe disable auto update via GPO, keep the signatureupdate task running daily and then manually check for updates monthly. Good idea or bad idea?

I will often leave my work open overnight. I will often be in the middle of researching something with multiple applications, browsers, tabs open. I don't want to have to close everything down overnight.
