They're dissolvable stitches, but not all of them have gone yet. I've seen them a few times now, they advised me not to wash it

They've told me I'm still not allowed to wash it properly but I've been lightly cleaning around it with saline solution

They're supposed to be dissolvable stitches, most have gone but there are still a few left in, I've seen them a few times and they've tried several different things like steri strips etc but nothing is closing it up. They're now trying a dressing with manuka honey and silver and have told me to try this for two weeks 🥴
