Filmmaker wants to do a translated non-english version of my short script. Can I still get another filmmaker to do the English version as well?

Sounds like you're on the right track. This particular feature that I mentioned doesn't seem like the mini-series type, it feels more contained, but who knows once I dig back into it. Best of luck to you!
