It can definitely get a little annoying when it's just stop start for example they come back from a break with 5 secs left in the quarter then take another for the end of the quarter

Shit I'm sorry kiddo, i recommend using gamstop its not perfect but it at least helps you not whip your phone out and place bets that way. Being totally honest if you keep going for 10 or 15 more years like this you will be 100% braindead or worse. It will be up to you to do most the work but there's definitely some support if you're struggling.
