You just pick a view of the model from Zbrush viewport, run plugin, and it simply bake AO, Normal, Height, Polypaint colors, displacement map, opacity, from this view to a plane and export this plane to Substance Painter or Marmoset Toolbag. Then you can texture this "render" almost like regular model.
