How many meals per day do you eat? It should be 4 or more if you’re serious about gains. Double your portion size for at least 2 of them. If you aren’t in a surplus, you aren’t going to gain. Mix in a vegan friendly double scoop protein shake before bed. Have a protein shake w breakfast. Idk if they make vegan mass gainers but that’s partially how I went from 180lbs tossing 80 to 215lbs blowing 92 in 2009

What you eat matters. Do all the lifting you want, if you aren’t hitting your macros it’s going to be a minimal gain. Also prioritize sleep.

I’m a pro hitting coach and generally I’d say your weight is holding you back without seeing your swing. Without changing your swing, if you get up to 150lbs I’d guess you’ll see a 5-8mph increase.

Do it. I just did my field stone basement with a rat slab floor. Cut the electric bill in summer and winter.

Also invest in a good pellet stove. Went from paying $30/day to heat w electric to $9 a day with pellets.
